Order your operations.
Clarify your numbers.
Strategize your growth.

We help build durable systems to grow your business into your vision.

Image of a geometric pattern

Three disciplines.
One integrated engagement.

( 01 )

Operational Infrastructure

Systems that run without you in the room.

Inventory and sales systems, intake and fulfillment workflows, integrations between sales channels, and written procedures built for clarity and continuity. I select tools sized to your business and budget, then document everything for you to retain ownership.

( 02 )

Finanical Clarity

Numbers you can trust. Decisions you can defend.

Cash flow structure, account organization across entities, and the bookkeeping foundation that makes your numbers dependable. Where decisions touch tax or legal questions, I prepare the analysis and coordinate with directly with your account and attorney, so every layer of the business stays aligned.

( 03 )

Growth Strategy

Phased plans. Clear frameworks. Honest trade-offs.

Phased working plans, decision frameworks for the big choices (which venture to develop next, how to sequence investments, how to structure for what's coming), and honest analysis of the trade-offs. Delivered as clear documents and presentations you keep and use.

Most engagements draw from all three areas. The work is scoped to what your business actually needs, not a pre-packaged program.

Advisory at organizational scale.

For organizations undertaking enterprise transformation, I provide advisory grounded in more than ten years leading ERP and supply chain programs for the Navy's global supply system.

Enterprise Planning

Budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes that connect annual planning to daily execution

Change Management

Adoption frameworks, stakeholder alignment, and workforce enablement that carry a program from launch to lasting use

Enterprise Planning

Implementation leadership, program governance, and post-launch adoption for major business systems, including ERP

The engagement structure.

01

A focused 30-minute conversation about your business, your current challenges, and your goals. No prep required on your end.

Discovery Call

02

I outline the engagement early for your review: what steps we will take, in what order, and what you will have at the end.

Scoping & Proposal

03

We work through the agreed scope in defined phases. You see progress at every step, receive clear deliverables, and we adjust as the picture sharpens.

Structured Engagement

04

Every engagement closes with documentation you own: written procedures, financial models, and system guides prepared for the people who will use them. The structure we build together will presist after the engagement ends.

Handoff & Continuity

Common questions.

Who do you typically work with?

Established business owners navigating growth, complexity, or a specific operational or financial challenge. My clients run real businesses with real revenue: retail and e-commerce, multi-entity service companies, construction and trades, and product lines ready to scale.

Do engagements cover all three service areas?

Often, yes. Operational, financial, and strategic questions are connected. The engagement is scoped to what your business actually needs, which frequently draws from all three areas in combination.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Engagements vary. Some are project-based with a defined endpoint; others involve ongoing advisory work. Scope and timeline are defined before we begin.

What do I actually receive at the end?

Documents, systems, and frameworks you keep. Written procedures, financial models, strategic plans, and vendor documentation. Assets your business owns and uses.

Do you work with my existing advisors (accountant, attorney)?

Yes. Where work touches legal or tax territory, I prepare the analysis and coordinate with your existing advisors so all layers of the business stay aligned.

What does the discovery call cover?

Your business, your current situation, and what you are trying to solve. It is a conversation, not a sales call. If there is a fit, I will outline what an engagement might look like.

Founder | Vireon Consulting

Brandon founded Vireon Consulting to help business owners strengthen operations, gain financial clarity, and grow with intent. The firm takes it name from the Latin vireo, to flourish. He chose this name, with purpose, to build a business whose structure matches its vision.

Before founding the firm, Brandon spent over a decade leading supply chain and ERP transformation programs for Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). He directed a $60 million ERP modernization portfolio and $100 million in supply operations, leading his organization to a 58 percent reduction in aviation hardware backorders. That experience shaped Brandon's approach to organizational change: new systems take hold when processes are adopted rather than installed, and sound structure multiplies the work effort.

Brandon holds an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and is completing a doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business, where his research examines how adoption of analytical and AI systems impact financial performance.
